Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy All orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. We will endeavor to ship orders more quickly than this. However, during periods of high order volume shipping times will be slower.

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks for any unexpected reason we will contact you. An email message will be sent when your order ships. TOYADVENTURES.COM uses FedEx Ground & Express, UPS Ground, and USPS for domestic and international shipments with a small additional charge to cover packaging costs (boxes, envelopes, packing material, etc.).

Return Policy

TOYADVENTURES.COM wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for exchange (same item only) or refund within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, and the refund does not include shipping charges.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained from TOYADVENTURES.COM staff. Items returned without an RMA will be refused-return to sender. We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders that we believe were purchased for the purposes of resale, "scalping", price speculation, etc.

Payment Policy

All domestic (US) orders must be paid for within 15 days from the date the order was placed or the order will be canceled.

International orders will be provided with additional time depending on the payment method used. Payment for orders may be made via credit card or check.

General Order Policies

TOYADVENTURES.COM cannot accept orders from minors under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 a parent or legal guardian must place an order on your behalf. Their name/address must be provided for the billing information.

TOYADVENTURES reserves the right to limit quantities of certain products to insure that all collectors get a reasonably fair chance to order the product we offer.

We are required by the state of New York to collect retail sales tax for all orders that ship to a New York state address.
